o DEFAULT STANDARD SHIPPING: 2 business day turnaround + Flat Mail shipping. This method does NOT include a tracking number. Typically 6-9 bus. days to your door from placing order.
o USPS FIRST CLASS + TRACKING: 2 bus. day turnaround + First Class Shipping. A tracking number is provided
o PRIORITY: 2 bus. day turnaround + Priority Shipping. Typically 5-6 bus. days to your door from placing order.
o AIR: 2 bus. day turnaround + AIR shipping Typically 4-5 bus. days to your door from placing order.
o EXPRESS: Next bus. day turnaround + AIR shipping. Typically 2-3 bus. days to your door from placing order.

Standard orders ship in 2 business days M-F (excluding postal holidays).

Shipping carriers do experience rerouting & delays. Sugar Pop Studio is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once a package leaves our studio. We do recommend shipping upgrades for deadline specific orders.

Please triple check your shipping address before you submit your order. If the address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once a package leaves our studio, we are unable to make changes to the address.
Once we received a return package, we are happy to re-ship your order once the re-shipment fee has been paid (this fee is set by the shipping carrier & not at the discretion of Sugar Pop Design Co. The fee is: the return shipping fee + cost of new shipping label)
If we don’t receive a response within 90 days of notifying you that the item has been returned, it is considered unclaimed and becomes property of Sugar Pop design Studio. No refunds or credits will be issued.

No worries--we got your back! Message us directly at and we'll let you know your options for adding on to your set or replacing your order. We save all orders for at least 6 months in the case of any adds or changes!

International shipping is typically 2-4 weeks depending on its destination and how long it takes to process through customs (which always varies.) USPS does offer a several International Express options available for purchase at check out and is typically $25-45--Yikes.

Sugar Pop Design Studio Co. prides itself on our attention to detail, stellar customer experience and also designer feedback. If we've made the designs look simple and cohesive--then great! We've done our job. The truth is that there is SO MUCH thought that goes in to each design and how names and info of various lengths will fit--and still look like it was meant to be there all along. Each letter, font tail and character spacing is thoughtfully considered so every word looks amazing on your label. Most other companies offer software in which you design your label online within its limitations, and they simply hit print. Sugar Pop offers the same flexibility but by working directly with a designer so you don't have to be the expert.

Unfortunately no. Due to the custom nature of our business, any item that is customized or made for your order is not eligible for a refund. We do however want you to love your order so please contact us with any questions or concerns and we will do back-flips to provide ensure you love your experience with our shop!
